BREAKING FREE FROM THE CHAINS OF COMPARISON & PERFECTIONISM

 (Part I)

*This workshop is made up of two classes with a 15 minute break between sessions.

**This workshop is open to all and is highly recommended for all teenagers to attend.**

“I’m too ____”, “I’m not _____ enough”.  Whether these thoughts whisper in the depths of your own heart or you want to better support a young woman in your life, this workshop is for you! We have to be aware of how societal influences such as social media can negatively affect our self-esteem and hurt our relationship with God and other women. We will work together to better understand God’s design for positive self-esteem, empowerment and confidence in his daughters.
